a. These general terms and conditions govern the agreement between SignedKits (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our") and the customer (hereinafter "you" or "your") regarding all products and services offered by SignedKits through our website or other sales channels.
b. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Orders
a. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
b. We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information regarding products, prices, and stock on our website, but we cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate and up-to-date.
- Prices and Payment
a. All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
b. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept payments via iDeal, Credit Card, Klarna, PayPal, and manual transfer.
c. If a payment is not successful, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the order until the payment is received.
- Shipping and Delivery
a. We will do our best to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible within the specified delivery time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure situations.
b. We are not responsible for damage or loss of packages that are transported by third parties such as Post NL.
c. If you choose insured shipping, the rules and conditions of the relevant shipping service, such as Post NL, apply. We are not liable for damage or loss of packages that have been sent with an insured shipping option.

In the event of a dispute between you and SignedKits, we will try to resolve the dispute amicably. If such a solution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Rotterdam.
